Responsibilities:
Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses
Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business suc as market research, service quality, audit, etc
Perform administrative tasks involcing partner’s account (credit top-up, changes in partner’s information, etc)
Requirements:
Min D3 any major With GPA 2,75
Willing to work in the shifting schedule
Strong Ms. Excel skills
Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
Good analytical skill
Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
Fast response, effective and efficient in working
Able to work within dynamic environment
Able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English
