Job Desk :
1. Proficient in planning and conceptualizing events with meticulous attention to detail
2. Stay updated with the latest trends to suggest innovative ideas for enhancing the event planning and execution processes
3. Disseminating information about the company and actively cultivating relationships with potential event participants and creators
4. Demonstrate strong project management skills, budget realizations, evidence of promotional advertisements, and managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting so that the event runs smoothly. 5. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and with externally (vendor and third party)
6. Maintain BTL promotional activities or brand awareness (social media, email, etc)
Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s Degree from MICE, Communication, Marketing or similiar majors
2. Experience >2 year as event planner
3. Strong technical knowledge and organizational skill
4. Proficient in Ms. Office, Event Management, Budget Planning and Tech Savvy person
5. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
6. Willing to work with high mobility
7. Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST, not processed otherwise
8. Willing to work underpressure and fast learner
