Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications, FMCG, or related retail sectors
2+ years of experience in leading area sales and dealer management with a proven track record of sales achievement
Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (external & internal), including Channel Account Management, Area Retail Managers, and Distributor Sales to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Target and result oriented : a proactive and result-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets while effectively managing resources (especially cross-functional coordination) and budgets
Customer Focus : deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum B accreditation with educational background in business administration, marketing , or a related field
Maximum age of 35 years
