A General Agency Recruitment Support Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes for insurance agents within the agency. This role involves managing the recruitment team, developing strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the recruitment support team.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top agency talent.
Coordinate with agency managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage job postings and ensure they are advertised on appropriate platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with agency managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
Provide training and support to recruitment support staff.
Compile and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the recruitment process.
Prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other relevant technologies.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
