Crystal Coat Garage, a leader in premium automotive protection and detailing, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves driving sales of services such as Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tinting, detailing, and premium wash while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
As a Sales Executive, you will identify and engage potential clients, provide expert guidance on our services, and build lasting customer relationships. You will also collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and approach new customers through various channels. Educate clients on the benefits of our products and services to drive sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets. Provide detailed reports and updates on sales activities and market trends. What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for customer service. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus. Knowledge of automotive detailing or paint protection is preferred but not required.
